Raised in a military family on Whidbey Island in Washington State, Josh moved to Oregon in 2013 where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Applied Business and Economics from the University of Oregon.
After a stint on the Player Development Staff for Oregon Football, Josh found his calling as a Realtor in 2018. He is now the owner and lead agent of PowerHouse Real Estate Team, that services both the Oregon and Arizona markets.
Josh's passion for real estate is driven by the fact that his success is measured by the work he puts in and the number of lives he impacts. His #1 priority reflects his detail-oriented nature, which is to ensure that all his clients are thoroughly educated throughout the home buying and selling processes.
When he's not assisting others with their estate needs, Josh volunteers his time as a member of Oregon Football's "The Network," assists in a number of local non-profit organizations, and plays professional football for Arena Football One (AF1).
